Understanding a student is the key to developing his/her aptitude. It helps in building a right approach and strategy to enhance his abilities. Which is why, we assess a student’s strengths and weaknesses and address specific needs to build confidence.
THE GURU
A teacher or Guru is one who dispels darkness and becomes the guiding light in a student’s life. A teacher is one who shapes the minds, nurtures the intellect and inculcates values, which is crucial for a student’s success.
THE ROLE MODEL
A teacher is also a Role Model for every student as he/she inspires and encourages him/her to attain greatness. A student is most likely to follow the footsteps of the Guru due to the strong influence the Guru has on his/her life.
THE FRIEND
A teacher is also a student’s best friend, someone they can confide in. A teacher who treats a student not with authority but with love and friendliness, he/she finds great comfort in expressing the feelings, fears, problems and insecurities. Such a bond between the student and a Guru impacts a student’s life very positively.
